PORTABLES - Chaotic Multiverse (2020 - 2026) is the first work developed in the Kideo Kidō Studio. Developed during the COVID19 lockdown in the artist's first atelier in Braga, the project explores character generation and the construction of multiple identities through processes of repetition, variation, and transformation. The original character undergoes successive transformations, generating new morphologies, personalities, and visual behaviours. The work operates as an evolving visual system in which identity is treated as a fluid and non-linear construct. The resulting series form an evolving multiverse, populated by curious, volatile, cryptic, and luminous characters.
