Transforming marine waste into art alongside the members of CERCI Espinho revealed how creativity can open spaces of inclusion, dignity, and shared purpose. These painting workshops go far beyond environmental action; they become moments of genuine human connection.

By reusing materials collected from the sea, participants helped strengthen community bonds and build a bridge between ocean preservation and social impact. Together, we cleaned the beaches, reimagined discarded matter, and inspired new attitudes toward the environment — and toward one another.

These were moments of deep presence, where art became a common language to express ideas, emotions, and ways of being. May this work continue to grow as a space of inspiration and unity, where every voice and every way of feeling has its place.
